RUDA SAGE BUNDLE Ruda sage is traditionally used to cleanse the atmosphere of negative energies. By burning its leaves or preparing infusions, an intense smoke or fragrance is released, helping to dissipate unwanted vibrations in a space. This ritual helps to create a harmonious environment, conducive to meditation and refocusing. It is therefore used for fumigation, i.e. it is lit and the smoke is impregnated into the places, objects or people you wish to purify. A "dip smudge" (or bundle) weighs about 25 g when packed.
